Rapture Music Group Anti-Fraud Policy

Effective Date: September 21, 2025

Rapture Music Group (“Rapture Music”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to maintaining the integrity of our platform and protecting the interests of our artists, clients, and partners. This Anti-Fraud Policy outlines our procedures, client responsibilities, and the actions we may take in cases of fraudulent or infringing activity.

  1. Warning System

Rapture Music may issue up to two warnings to a client before considering account termination, except in cases of extreme violation or activity that severely threatens our business, where immediate termination may occur.

Purpose: Warnings place accounts under scrutiny, giving clients the opportunity to correct violations and prevent repeat infractions. Clients are expected to investigate warnings and act promptly.

Notification: Clients will be informed of violations within 3 business days of discovery or report. Violations may include, but are not limited to:

  • Intellectual property or trademark infringement
  • Artificial or inflated streaming activity
  • Breaches of DSP Terms of Service
  • Breaches of platform monetization policies
  1. Warning Levels

First Warning:

  • Issued for repeat violations within 60 days of the initial report.
  • Applies to both artist and label accounts.

Second Warning:

  • Issued if:
    • The client fails to act against end-user violations within reasonable timeframes.
    • There is an increase in new infringing or fraudulent activity under the client’s account.
    • The same type of violation occurs repeatedly within 60 days.

Account Review:

After a second warning, Rapture Music will work with the client to create a corrective plan with clear actions and quotas.

  1. Consequences of Fraudulent Activities

If a client or end-user is found to be in violation, Rapture Music reserves the right to:

  • Remove infringing content
  • Withhold royalties in escrow
  • Restrict or disable distribution to DSPs
  • Terminate end-user accounts
  • Terminate the client account

Any costs incurred by Rapture Music related to investigating or remedying fraudulent activity may be deducted from future payments. Legal action may follow if damages exceed withheld amounts.

  1. Account Blocking & Unblocking

Preventive Blocking:

  • Accounts may be temporarily blocked when potential infringing or unauthorized activity is detected.
  • Clients will be notified and required to provide requested information within 5 business days.

Required Steps for Unblocking:

  • Update all client account information
  • Submit a valid government-issued ID (passport or national ID)

Failure to Provide Information:

  • Accounts that do not comply may remain blocked.
  • All content will be removed from the platform.
  • Royalties will be placed in escrow for up to 24 months, respecting DSP contractual rights to reclaim funds.

Rapture Music may withhold royalties associated with content that appears to violate our Terms of Service or DSP agreements. Funds will be held in escrow for situations such as:

  • Verification that end-user accounts are legitimate

Funds will be released from escrow only after verification or settlement of claims.

  1. Client Responsibilities

  • Cooperate fully with Rapture Music in fraud investigations

Failure to adhere to these responsibilities may result in escalated enforcement actions, including account termination.
